Come on and let it snow...

Pretty numb about Christmas this year. When trying to understand why the spirit just does not reach me, I found that:
  • When things go really wrong in my life, they go wrong around Christmas.
  • Currently, working on my agnosticism - I'm equally confused by thinking that God exists than he doesn't.
  • Christmas is fun for kids. And I have not rented one this year.
  • Last Christmas was close to disastrous.
  • Last Christmas I gave you my heart, and the very first day you gave it away (if I hear Wham on the radio again, I swear I'll either get a machine gun... or the record).
But what thrills me about Christmas is the possibility of being physically closer to my 'Line of life': los frijoleros, the girls, the gang, adn, le beau serge, mi primo, pretty mom, lille bro and all those surprising souls that make my heart stay in a safe place. Me hacen falta.

Christmas is the time of NOT being alone. Christmas is the time of stuffing your face with things, you normally don't eat. Christmas is about acting even more sad than usual.

One of our customers (and this is a true story), an organization called Jesus Christ, didn't pay it's bills just the other day... So I gather that maybe Joseph and Maria can't afford an inn again! Hopefully the make up their mind in the middle east, so Bethlehem will be a peacefull place to take shelter for a change....

Christmas is the time of cheezy music. Everybody is sick of Wham, 'Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow' and 'Silent Night'. Yet we all long for the dark days, that we stare (with glazed by alcohol eyes) at the lights in the christmas tree. With as much 'cheese' on the stereo as humanly possible...

-*-

But the worst part is... Christmas is only 2 days, which means we all have to get back to work after that! ;-)

Have a create time. And make sure you end up totally wasted at at least one christmas party!

Mon petit bleu.

Don't worry by things...
When I was sure that Xstmas means the day Jesus born to save us against the sin, Santa came...

But when I was really sure that Santa and Jesus will be fighting in an "Ultimate Champion Fighter" ring to win more kiddie souls.....

South Park (they killed Kenny...or Lenny? I don't remember, who cares)opened my eyes with its "always true" knowledge.....

Xstmas is...... greetings, malls, shops, "cadeaux"... Xstmas is economy, value chain for Coca Cola and companies like this that allow me to eat, and this year Xstmas was Luis Miguel... hehehe.

I'm looking forward Xstmas will be again the Jesus issue... wake me up when as soon as its done... I'm sinning a lot!

Coca-Cola kiddo,

Will write something about sin. Forgive yourself, nobody else can do it.
